Roles and Responsibilities:The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
• Inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
• Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
• Convert high revenue leads.
• Retain customers to increase repeat business.
• Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
• Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.
• Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired profile:
• Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
• Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing (6 months to 1 year + )
• Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
• Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
• Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
Shift Timing - Rotational Shifts 9hrs per day

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
