Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media & WhatsApp Management:
• Respond promptly and professionally to all queries and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and WhatsApp.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information about products, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Customer Engagement:
• Engage with customers in a respectful and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable products and services.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about products and promotions.
• Sales Conversion:
• Persuasively present and recommend products to potential customers to drive sales.
• Convince customers of the value of products to achieve sales targets.
• Order Processing:
• Verify and check customer payments to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders efficiently, including packaging products and arranging for courier delivery.
• Update customers about the status of their orders and track shipments.
• Customer Follow-Up:
• Collect feedback from customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Google Business Queries:
• Respond to queries and reviews on Google Business, ensuring prompt and professional interactions.
• Reporting & Coordination:
• Report on sales activities, customer interactions, and any issues encountered.
• Coordinate with the store team for inventory updates and any operational needs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in online sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of payment processing and order fulfilment procedures.
• Familiarity with Google Business is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling social media and online sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
