Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries related to jewellery products professionally and promptly.
• Product Demonstration: Showcase products through video calls & Photos, highlighting features and details to potential customers.
• Social Media Management: Post and update product listings in reselling groups and online marketplaces.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with resellers and customers to drive sales.
• Order Query Updates: Provide timely updates to customers regarding their order status, shipping details, and resolution of any order-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• English, Hindi, and Gujarati are required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or online reselling (preferred).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?144,000.00 per year
