Job Title: Online Sales Executive

Job Location: Surat

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday)

: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage and enhance our online sales. The role involves engaging with customers, identifying their requirements, and seamlessly transferring qualified leads to the sales team. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through email, chat, and other online platforms.Address customer inquiries professionally, providing clear and detailed product information.Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.

Lead Qualification: Identify potential leads based on customer interactions and requirements.Qualify leads by understanding their needs and ensuring they match our product offerings.Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and closure.

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered.Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.Stay updated with new product launches and updates.

Customer Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential customers to address queries and keep them engaged.Ensure timely communication to guide customers through the sales process.Provide after-sales support when needed to maintain customer satisfaction.

Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.Provide customers with updates on their order status, tracking, and delivery timelines.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain records of customer interactions and sales inquiries.Track and analyze online sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide regular reports on key metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.

Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to align online sales strategies with promotional campaigns.Utilize social media and other digital tools to promote products and generate leads.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales, customer support, or a related field.

Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to understand needs and provide solutions.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Behavioral Traits:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong organizational and time-management skills.A team player who collaborates effectively with sales and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Knowledge of digital marketing tools and practices, including social media and email campaigns.
