Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
SEO and SEM: Optimize website and content for search engines to drive traffic and improve SERP rankings. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns.
Social Media Strategy: Build and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and targeted email blasts.
Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and report on performance.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
