We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fasteners industry and a proven track record of leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies to promote our fasteners products across various digital platforms. - Manage and optimize our presence on social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. - Create engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our products and expertise in the fasteners industry. - Analyse and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve results. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market and identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches. - Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO). - Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and sponsored content, to maximize ROI. - Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. - Stay current with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices, continuously improving our online marketing efforts. Qualifications: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in online marketing, with a significant focus on the fasteners industry. - Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for business marketing. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
