Job Summary:

The Online Marketing Executive will create, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various online platforms to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive traffic to the company's website or online platforms. The candidate will work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure the company's marketing goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve ROI.

2. Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance.

3. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and videographers to create engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search rankings.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for better visibility on search engines.

5. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & SEM Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Optimize PPC campaigns for better performance and cost-efficiency.

6. Email Marketing:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and prospects.
• Monitor and improve email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on website traffic, leads, conversions, and other key metrics.
• Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest areas for improvement.

8. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitors.
• Use insights to refine digital marketing strategies.

9. Lead Generation:

• Work on lead generation tactics to attract potential customers through online channels.
• Develop strategies for lead nurturing through targeted content and digital tools.

10. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Skills:

• Expertise in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
• Creativity and attention to detail.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in online marketing.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
