Job Summary:

Neethu's Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Online Italian Language Trainer to deliver high-quality language instruction to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Italian language, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for cultural exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging Italian language lessons tailored to different proficiency levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Conduct interactive sessions to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Integrate Italian cultural aspects into lessons to provide a holistic learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize assessments, quizzes, and language proficiency tests.
• Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and language trends.
• Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align training objectives with institutional goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Italian Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related field. (Certification in Italian language proficiency preferred, e.g., CILS, CELI.)
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Italian language trainer or tutor.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Italian.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual or in-person teaching.
• Organizational and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching both online and offline classes.
• Familiarity with language teaching software and tools.
• Experience preparing students for international certification exams (e.g., CILS, CELI).
