We are looking for an Online Customer Representative, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. Their primary duties will include responding to customer queries, facilitating video call appointments, and offering guidance and assistance regarding our products and services. Duties/Responsibilities: (1) Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various online communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. (2) Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, promotions, and policies to customers. (3) Assist customers in scheduling video call appointments with our Online sales team. (4) Guide customers through the video call process and ensure a seamless and personalized experience. (5) Actively listen to customers\' needs and preferences, offering suitable recommendations. (6) Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction. (7) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and appointments in our CRM system. Qualifications: (1) Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or fashion-related environment. (2) Excellent communication skills (3) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. (4) Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms, including email and chat. (5) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
