  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide feedback on service quality.
  • Document each customer interaction accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Chat Process:
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Offer clear and concise solutions to customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing responses based on urgency.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while engaging with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and detailed responses.
  • Update and maintain chat logs, customer records, and ticketing systems.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to call/chat handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the highest standard of service.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
  • Engage in feedback sessions with team leads and supervisors to improve individual performance.
Key Skills Required:
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to express thoughts clearly and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to listen attentively to customer queries and provide relevant solutions promptly.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple chats or calls at the same time while maintaining service quality.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, MS Office applications, and working with various customer service tools and software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
Qualifications:
