: Online BPO Jobs for Freshers (Voice/Chat Process)Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Online BPO agents in Voice and Chat processes. Freshers, or individuals with little to no experience in customer service, are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities: * Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring each call is handled with care, attention, and professionalism.
  • Document and record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the companys database or CRM system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as average call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Chat Process:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat platforms.
  • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring a seamless and efficient chat experience.
  • Maintain a polite, friendly tone while interacting with customers, focusing on problem resolution and providing relevant information.
  • Escalate complex queries to senior support teams when needed while ensuring customers receive prompt responses.
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on product or service changes.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Adherence to Quality Standards:
  • Follow established guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma, undergraduate, or equivalent qualification. A graduate degree is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a bonus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and chat platforms.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A passion for helping customers and providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, especially in the chat process, where multiple customer queries may need attention simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in information provided and record-keeping.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a plus but not required for freshers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
