  • Interact with customers through live chat, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer questions about products or services, and provide guidance based on available resources and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and courteous tone while communicating with customers.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to products or services, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring that the customers needs are addressed.
  • Information Management:
  • Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately after each interaction.
  • Ensure all communication is logged correctly for future reference and quality assurance purposes.
  • Follow-up:
  • Conduct follow-up interactions with customers to ensure that their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School Graduate (12th Grade) or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Freshers Welcome: No prior work experience is required. Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow in the BPO industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to type quickly and clearly, as the job will involve live chat interactions.
  • Customer Service Mindset: A strong desire to help customers, with a patient and empathetic attitude towards resolving issues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and the internet. Familiarity with chat platforms and customer support software is a plus.
