Techwens Software Pvt, Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online bidding platforms and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, create, and manage bids on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare comprehensive bid documents including proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope, technical feasibility, and time estimates.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up with clients to close deals.
• Maintain a database of bids, track bid status, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in online bidding and business development in the IT services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes and online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
