Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. As a BDE for our freelancer platform, your role will be to

identify, connect, and onboard clients and freelancers

, helping both parties find the right opportunities. Your primary goal is to grow platform engagement and revenue by building lasting relationships and delivering value to users.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and freelancers through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc.) Pitch platform benefits and onboard new users (both clients and freelancers) Manage and nurture existing client/freelancer relationships to ensure repeat business Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve user acquisition strategies Attend virtual meetings, demos, or consultations with leads to close deals Track and report key performance metrics (e.g. leads generated, deals closed, user growth) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor platforms.

Pay: ?10,665.60 - ?18,000.00 per month
