Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior bid managers and clients to understand their requirements and submit proposals for web development projects. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about business development in the field of web development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation : Search for potential clients on various online platforms (Freelance sites, B2B portals, etc.) such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
• Proposal Writing : Write well-structured proposals and quotes based on client requirements, highlighting our expertise in web development.
• Client Communication : Handle initial client inquiries, clarify project details, and build a rapport to initiate the business relationship.
• Bid Management : Monitor and manage bids on various platforms to ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and best practices in web development.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the project managers and developers to understand project scope, timelines, and client requirements.
• Negotiation : Help in negotiating project terms, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
• Feedback Analysis : Collect feedback from clients to improve future proposals and bids.
• Learning and Development : Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge in business development and web technologies.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate or 0-1 years of experience in online bidding or sales.
• Basic understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS like WordPress, and frameworks like React or Laravel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing demands of the industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online bidding platforms.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
