Responsibilities:

• Bidding & Proposal Writing:
• Identify relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others.
• Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client needs.
• Ensure proposals are submitted within the deadlines.
• Client Communication:
• Communicate with clients through chat, email, and video calls to understand their project requirements.
• Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to answer their queries and address any concerns.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand our service offerings and capabilities.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in finalizing project scopes and timelines.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the freelancing market.
• Identify new platforms and opportunities to bid on projects.
• Analyze competitor activities and strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain a detailed record of bids, proposals, and client communications.
• Prepare regular reports on bid success rates, project pipelines, and revenue generated.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the bidding and proposal process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role on freelancing platforms.
• Strong understanding of various online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals .
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?42,742.30 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
