As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Expert IT Brains, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Bidding and Proposal Management:
• Utilize your expertise to bid on projects via freelancing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Craft compelling proposals that effectively showcase our services, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up as needed to maximize success rates.
• Customer Engagement:
• Engage with potential clients through initial discussions, emails, and calls to understand their requirements.
• Effectively communicate our company's offerings, benefits, and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to align client expectations with project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelancing websites like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., preferably in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?60,000.00 per month
