BDE Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of working experience using Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru platforms to generate business leads and drive sales growth. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:-
• Develop and implement strategies for identifying and generating new business opportunities on Up-work, Freelancer, and Guru platforms.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, networking, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Identify and analyze market trends to develop new business strategies and increase revenue.
• Monitor and report on sales and business development activities, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of the industry and market trends.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably using Up-work, Freelancer, and Guru platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
