Online Bidder is responsible for generating business from online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.
Roles & Responbilities
• New Business Development ( Including international sales) for SEO, reputation management, etc.
• To sell web-based solutions like website design, and development, must have Selling experience in SEO/SMO/PPC/Online Marketing Website designing & Development.
• Good understanding of Internet marketing services.
• Identifies and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring new opportunities.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Understanding of dynamic online marketing domain, search market, PPC strategy, and social media market
Responsible for making marketing strategies and implementing the same.
• Present solutions and services to begin the sales cycle.
• Understanding the Client's advertising objectives to define digital communication strategies.
• Good Telephonic communication/Email correspondence for responding and client handling.
• Managing sales / day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations.
• Generate requirements from new and existing clients through cold calling, resellers, and converting email marketing leads.
• Designing and delivering online media plans/presentations for clients.
• Team handling experience and assigning tasks to bidders.
• Preparing formats for Quotations, Performa invoices, proposals, etc.
• Proposal writing and sound knowledge of choosing bids.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, Understand, and interact with potential clients.
• Persuasive and goal oriented.
• Understanding of the Upwork platform.
• A go Getter and self-driven approach toward sales.
