About Us :-

He ideal candidate will lead initiatives to build new business for the company by winning projects related to digital marketing and web designing. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

: We are looking for an Online Bidder to manage the entire bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. The candidate will focus on generating leads and winning projects for our digital marketing. You must have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and provide clear, concise proposals. you'll meet targets and deadlines .

What You'll Do:

• Bid on platforms like Upwork to generate leads for Digital Marketing and web designing projects.
• Develop proposals, manage communication, and close deals with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
• Research and explore new business opportunities across online platforms.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular follow-ups for future projects.
• Work During India time zones to align with target clients.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in business development, bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Strong knowledge of customer service solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Experience crafting persuasive proposals and handling client queries.
• Familiarity with working remotely and managing clients in US time zones.
• Understanding of AI-powered customer support and its benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
