DigitalVia Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is a dynamic and growing Digital Marketing company seeking a skilled Sr. Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of online bidding platforms and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and identify potential projects and opportunities on various online bidding platforms like freelancer, upwork etc,
• Having a good knowledge of digital marketing
• Having the minimum experience of 1 year in same field
• Carefully analyze project requirements, scope of work, and client specifications.
• Develop competitive and compelling bids, including pricing, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure bid accuracy.
• Submit bids within specified deadlines and follow up with clients as needed.
• Track bid progress and maintain detailed records of bid submissions and outcomes.
• Identify and explore new bidding platforms and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in online bidding and procurement.
• Strong understanding of bidding platforms and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., spreadsheets, project management tools).
