The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on various online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar sites. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of IT services, and the ability to identify and respond to project requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: - Identify potential clients and projects by browsing various online bidding platforms. - Create and maintain a database of potential clients. 2. Proposal Writing: - Prepare and submit tailored proposals and bids for projects that match the company\xe2\x80\x99s expertise. - Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and draft accurate project proposals. 3. Client Communication: - Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and requirements. - Address client queries and provide detailed responses in a timely manner. - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize deals. 4. Sales Strategy: - Develop strategies to increase successful bid rates and win more projects. - Analyze bidding trends and implement improvements in the bidding process. 5. Collaboration: - Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of projects. - Provide regular updates to the management team regarding bid status and success rates. 6. Market Research: - Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. - Identify new bidding platforms and opportunities for business growth. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding, business development, or sales in the IT sector. Skills: - Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.). - Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
