The Online Bidder will be responsible for bidding on various online platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities. This role will play a critical role in the company's business development strategy by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and growing the company's revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and bid on potential projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and more.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
• Must have good communication and writing skills.
• Must be confident and must have a learning attitude.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information for bid preparation.
• Must be result oriented and aggressive
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or in a similar role.
• Freshers can also apply but with 6 month experience.
• Familiarity with various online bidding platforms.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
