Relevant Experience

: 2-5 years ( with strong communication skills)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc., to generate leads and convert them into clients. Strong communication and client handling skills are a must. Experience on fresh Upwork Profile is + point.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Proven experience in bidding and lead generation on freelance platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Pay: Fixed salary upto 45k + Quarterly Performance bonus
