: AdWords Optimization AnalystRole OverviewThis position involves supporting Large Scale advertisers who use AdWords to manage/run high revenue campaigns. The AdWords Optimization Analyst will be required to support the APAC / EMEA / AMER Account Managers (AMs) and Campaign Managers (CM), coordinate, analyze and optimize campaigns to achieve client KPIs. Additionally the Optimization Analyst will be the main point of contact for CM by coordinating clientele reporting needs with the various other groups involved to manage client campaigns effectively (to achieve client spend and performance targets).Responsibilitiesxe2x97x8f Assist in the monitoring and optimization of keywords, bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics/ KPIs.xe2x97x8f Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.xe2x97x8f Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.xe2x97x8f Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.xe2x97x8f Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.xe2x97x8f Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.xe2x97x8f Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.xe2x97x8f Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.xe2x97x8f Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.xe2x97x8f Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.xe2x97x8f Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.Requirementsxe2x97x8f 2 - 4 years of client-facing experience in account management, customer support and/or display advertising, SEM/PPC AdWords.xe2x97x8f Exposure to and experience of having worked for global clients and a good understanding of cross-cultural context and international brands.xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of AdWords, online advertising (display and/or search) and 3rd party advertising concepts.xe2x97x8f Familiarity with other ad-serving platforms such as YouTube for advertising.xe2x97x8f Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.xe2x97x8f Objective and analytical approach to decision makingxe2x97x8f Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervisionxe2x97x8f Fluent in spoken and written English.xe2x97x8f Flexible to work in night shifts.LI-VS5
