Job Summary:

TrawelMart is looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive

to join our on-ground sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our tour packages, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth through direct sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, enjoys meeting people, and is target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients (individuals, families, corporates, and institutions) to promote domestic and international tour packages Generate leads through field activity, cold calls, and follow-ups Educate clients about our travel services, seasonal offers, and customized travel solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth client service Represent the company at local travel events, exhibitions, or roadshows when required

Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years in field sales, preferably in the travel/tourism/hospitality industry

Education:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline

Mandatory Requirement:

Must own a two-wheeler

with valid driving license

Willing to commit to a 2-year bond

with the company Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Familiarity with local geography and ability to travel daily within the city/region
