We are currently seeking a One Login Support Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Provides support for the One Login application, this includes implementing patches, upgrades and incidents.

• OneLogin Administration: Proficiency in managing and configuring OneLogin IAM system, including user management, roles and permissions, authentication methods, and policy enforcement.
• User Provisioning: Ability to onboard and offboard users, manage user access rights, and handle user lifecycle management within OneLogin.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Understanding of SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, and experience in configuring and troubleshooting SSO integrations between OneLogin and various applications.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Knowledge of MFA methods and experience in configuring and managing MFA for enhanced security, including integration with various MFA providers.
• Directory Integration: Familiarity with directory services like Active Directory or LDAP, and expertise in configuring directory synchronization and user attribute mapping with OneLogin.
• Application Integration: Proficiency in integrating applications with OneLogin using connectors, APIs, or custom configurations. This includes understanding application provisioning, attribute mapping, and application-specific authentication methods.
• Security and Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements related to IAM, such as identity governance, access controls, and audit logs. Knowledge of relevant regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS is beneficial.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to user authentication, SSO, MFA, and application integrations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for providing support to users and resolving technical incidents.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Experience in defining and implementing identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing IAM data to monitor user access, identify security risks, and support compliance requirements. Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Security Best Practices: Knowledge of IAM security best practices, including secure configuration, encryption, secure coding principles, and vulnerability management.
