We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer & Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for both customers and vendors, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to handle administrative tasks and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
Manage the onboarding process for new customers and vendors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Diligently fill out and process necessary paperwork for customer and vendor onboarding.
Maintain and update records in a centralized Smartsheet to track progress and completion of onboarding tasks.
Collaborate seamlessly across various departments including legal, sales, finance, and security to facilitate onboarding.
Address any issues or queries that arise during the onboarding process in a timely manner.
What you will Bring:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on customer or vendor onboarding.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working autonomously and managing a heavy administrative workload.
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
