:Job Role:\xc2\xb7 Video call customers to complete the Full KYC\xc2\xb7 Verify the details submitted by the customer while opening the account and Documents submitted are matching\xc2\xb7 Ensure VKYC is completed by the Right Party only\xc2\xb7 Should maintain a good relationship with the customer throughout the KYC process.\xc2\xb7 Cross-sell other banking products.\xc2\xb7 Give complete and correct information on all the products pitched to the customer\xc2\xb7 Take call backs in case the customer is busy and ensure the follow up is done on time\xc2\xb7 Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.\xc2\xb7 Meet targets on conversion and Cross selling as defined from time to time.\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer \xe2\x80\x9cdelight\xe2\x80\x9d and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.\xc2\xb7 Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.\xc2\xb7 To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process\xc2\xb7 Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performanceJob Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Graduate with decent English communication.\xc2\xb7 Candidates with fluency in local languages will be an added advantage (Telegu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi & Gujarati)\xc2\xb7 Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable.
