Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboarding process, including documentation and compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for new hires, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct orientations to introduce company policies and job expectations.
• Improve onboarding efficiency and the new hire experience.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless handovers.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in local languages relevant to hiring regions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a personal •laptop • for work-related tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.
