We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Channel Partner Onboarding Junior Executive to join our team and play a key role in welcoming and supporting our new laundry service partners!

In this on-site role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our new laundry service channel partners during the onboarding process. You'll provide comprehensive training on our app, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in utilizing it to optimize their business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Channel Partner Onboarding Executives in delivering onboarding programs tailored to new laundry service channel partners.
• Provide in-depth training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to our laundry app, ensuring efficient app usage and integration within their workflows.
• Guide partners on how to leverage the app to improve operational efficiency in areas like order management, route planning, delivery tracking, and customer communication (with guidance from Senior Team).
• Train partners on basic mobile app functionalities, features, and troubleshooting steps, leveraging your knowledge of mobile apps (optional).
• Clearly communicate the overall benefits of our app, including increased revenue, improved customer service, and streamlined laundry operations.
• Provide ongoing technical support to partners and address basic inquiries under the guidance of the Senior Team.
• Assist Senior Team in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
• Potentially visit channel partner's customers (onsite) to provide additional support and ensure their comfort using the app (subject to experience and under Senior Team guidance).
• Contribute to the development of onboarding resources by gathering feedback from partners.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A passion for learning and a desire to develop a career in technology (especially mobile applications).
• Basic understanding of mobile app functionalities (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
