Key Responsibilities: -> Manage the on boarding process for new sellers, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support to start selling on Amazon -> Respond to seller inquiries and provide guidance on how to use Amazon\'s seller tools and services. -> Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve seller issues and questions -> Train and educate new sellers on Amazon\'s policies, procedures, and best practices to help them succeed on the platform -> Monitor and track seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization -> Continuously evaluate and improve the on boarding process to enhance the seller experience Requirements: -> Graduate with 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field -> Excellent verbal and written communication skills -> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail -> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment -> Familiarity with Amazon\'s seller tools and services preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Benefits:
