Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented On-Site Sales Representative to join our real estate team for projects located in Masaipet, Hyderabad, Telangana . As an On-Site Sales Representative, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling our real estate developments to potential clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
1. Property Presentation: Present and showcase real estate properties to prospective buyers on-site, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information to guide them through the decision-making process.
3. Sales Negotiation : Effectively negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms for both the client and the company.
4. Market Knowledge : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
5. Lead Generation : Actively seek out and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including inquiries, referrals, and marketing efforts.
6. Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and paperwork related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
7. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and relevant information.
8. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
9. Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create effective promotional materials and marketing strategies to drive sales.
10. Target Achievement : Work towards and achieve sales targets and goals set by the company, contributing to the overall success of the real estate projects.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
6. Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
8. Real estate license or certification (if applicable).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
