US Shift: 7pm - to - 4am

Freshers - Immediate

•Joining Fluent in English with a strong knowledge of IT required •

What you will learn from us:

Bench Sales Coordination: Work with bench candidates (employees who are currently between projects) and actively identify suitable job opportunities for them.

Client Interaction: Reach out to potential clients (recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams) to understand their staffing needs.

Resume Screening: Review resumes of bench candidates, assess their skills, and match them with job openings.

Job Placement: Actively market bench candidates to clients and ensure timely placement.

Follow-up: Follow up with clients and candidates to track progress, maintain relationships, and ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Engagement: Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes for bench candidates.

Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, staffing agencies, and other industry professionals to source new opportunities.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bench candidates, placements, and status updates in the company's database.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
