Job Purpose
This role is responsible to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. The role responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

• Must be an individual contributor and should manage tasks with minimum guidance
• Perform System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing manually and/or via automation
• Responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Responsible for automating basic regression scenarios.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and Defect leakage.
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Provide summary and detailed Test Execution report to Test Lead/Test Manager.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or similar technical field
• 3-5 Years of functional testing experience in IBM Sterling OMS V10
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, and working experience in latest Test tools (Azure TFS / JIRA /ALM )
• Good experience in End-to-End testing of integrated applications
• Functional knowledge of eCommerce business flow
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL & Scripting and Proficient in Excel
• Strong knowledge on Unix scripting
• Hands on Test automation experience and proficiency in any one scripting language
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving skills
