Accountabilities:
As an Omnichannel Associate Solution Owner, you will be responsible for understanding how marketing tools are leveraged to build omnichannel customer engagement experiences. You will serve as the lead resource accountable for providing comprehensive instructions necessary for a team of delivery resources to enable an omnichannel campaign. You will also establish relationships with AZ subject matter authorities across respective omnichannel tools and platforms and bring to bear those relationships when sophisticated expertise is required to resolve campaign service delivery challenges.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelors Degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst responsible for understanding and recording client requirements to enable technical or operational delivery
Experience overseeing or working within a technical development and/or operational delivery team
Experience with technology tools that enable Content Production, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization
Conceptual understanding of relational databases
Experience with tools associated with Task Management (ex. Jira)
Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager / Web Analytics, Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium IQ
Energetic, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving skills
Data-driven, process-oriented, and collaborative
Solid communication skills and business analysis
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Scaled Agile Certification
Advanced Degree in a relevant field
Experience being responsible for delivery of multi or omnichannel customer experiences
Experience within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
