Ensures customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. Demands critical thinking abilities to facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service issues. Administers and processes a multitude of distributor, operator, and national account contracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and gross margin integrity.Responsibilities

  • Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox) periodically
  • Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT
  • Creating delivery note on sales orders in a timely fashion, to ensure products allocation
  • Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customer
  • Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)
  • Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customers order
  • Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) of unavailable items, and share availability dates
  • Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility, and share real time updates with the customer
  • Creating credit and debit memos in the event of under / over shipment on sales order
  • Communicating with customers about various process updates such as -
  • Analyzing order trend of customer and raise flag if variation experienced
  • Work as a team to process any adhoc request promptly
  • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners inquiries quickly, optimally and expertly
  • Supporting international Clients
  • Consumer Master data management, billing / invoicing, service contract management
  • customer query / dispute management
  • Confident in conversing with US Clients
  • Mandatory to go through Talocity/ iSpeak
  • Order Full-fillment experience/ DO NOT TAKE ORDER PROCESSING ALONE
  • Meaningful experience in Order Management with clients with business in the Office Equipment/Consumer electronics/Imaging industry in a B2B model
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Reviews established policies & procedures and recommends best practices to provide high-level customer service, promoting excellent internal/external relations
  • Review and clear deductions that fall within order managements area of responsibility
  • Analyze existing order to ship processes for possible improvements
  • Responsible for an additional level of complexity in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics
  • Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing Open Order report.
  • Order entry and maintenance of SAP tool.
  • Organize and consolidate LTL shipments into truckloads or ship withs to increase truck optimization
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree (business, logistics or finance is preferred)
  • Good Communication Skills -verbal and written
  • SAP knowledge
  • Must possess analytical skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to handle stress well
  • Flexibility to any shift
  • MS - Office knowledge and Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes
Preferred qualifications
  • CPG industry is a must / Customer service skills/Customer Passion/Delight
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • experience in Order Management or OTC Customer supply chain
  • Good customer handling skills
  • Proficient in English
