The opportunity Join our GDS Operations Management CoE and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. The practice also works closely with the Region/Service Line/BD team to enable business decisions with the help of data analysis and reporting (sales and pipeline, revenue etc). This role requires the ability to combine strong analytical skills and a strategic mind set with real-world perspective driven by an understanding of both clients\' experiences and broader marketplace drivers. A collaborative mind set is also crucial, as the person in this role will have a key role to play in supporting networks. Your key responsibilities Provide operational support through effective co-ordination. Responsible for ensuring accurate sales pipeline and revenue information, pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis for stakeholders Prepare dashboards to provide status updates, generate insights, assess performance in terms of pipeline, revenue, data cleansing etc. Prepare documents, presentations, and dashboards for meetings or for the leadership that are ready for circulation to senior leadership - - meeting EY standards Data aggregation activities by sourcing the required information from both internal and external sources like ARD, MDM etc. Support maintenance of SharePoint sites by managing content. Provide inputs for process improvement, building efficiencies, automation, standardization etc Act as the knowledge manager for the onshore team and manage databases and/or websites and SharePoint. Manage content including regular review, validating links and content, working with the relevant Communications Lead to manage content. Responsible for meeting contractual SLA\'s - Quality, Turn-Around-Time, Budgets etc CRM tool management and ensuring our pipeline hygiene Skills and attributes for success Capable of engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives. Interact effectively and maintain good rapport among a diverse group of team members, customers, and colleagues, demonstrating tact and diplomacy Interact directly with the stakeholders to capture first level requirements for the projects and capture the requirements for complex projects Effectively handle routine tasks including follow-up and respond appropriately to unexpected situations, communicating the concerns to Operations Management CoE leadership as required Demonstrate best work practices within department and among other teams To qualify for the role, you must have Effective time management and prioritization. Excellent Communication - Listening, reading, writing & speaking skills. Challenges the status quo ie pro-actively share ideas, facilitate team discussions. Self-starter - leads on tasks. Experience working with Business leaders/leadership groups. Effective people/Team management skills. Ideally, you\'ll also have Graduate / Post-graduate degree - (BusinessAdministration and Management) with 5 to 8 years of work experience Technologies and Tools MS Office - Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Expert level experience in Power BI Intermediate level experience in Alteryx Intermediate level experience in Power Query, Powers Apps and Power Automate What we look for Self-motivated towards continuous learning and upskilling.
