Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- The candidate will be responsible for all the Key YouTube performance metrics - growth in subscriber base, impressions, CTR, watch time and views.- Implementing best practices with respect to video titles, thumbnails, playlists.- Optimize and iterate on different variables to improve on the overall channel\'s performance.- Research keyword trends and coordinate video publishing for these keywords.- Identify and partner with freelancers for content initiatives on the channel.- Manage relationships with existing freelancers and increase their impact on the overall metrics.- Coordinate with internal faculty teams that publish content on YouTube. Provide data driven recommendations, practices and optimize their performance- Tracking and reporting on KPIs on a weekly basis- Manage YT communityKey Requirements :- 2 to 3 years of experience in handling large scale content marketing and YouTube channels.- Should have handled and grown YouTube channels with at least 100K subscribers.- Candidates from the EdTech space will be preferred.- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.- Data-driven and analytical; Working knowledge of tools like YouTube Analytics, Tubebuddy etc.,- Enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of content and video trends.About Oliveboard :- Oliveboard is one of the fastest growing EdTech startups in India with a base of over 12 million users across 28 States and 3200+ cities & towns of India.- Oliveboard helps students prepare better for competitive exams.
