Key Responsibilities :- Onboard paid users and help them access their classes- Follow up & take feedback from users- Issue certificates, class details, and relevant activities.- Handle queries raised by users and resolve them by effectively coordinating with the relevant team.- Attend to Live Chat queries coming in during the Business Hours- Ensure Call quality metrics are met on incoming callsKey Requirements :- Minimum 0 to 1 years experience in a Customer Service role at a B2C company- Experience of working on any Support Ticketing platform like Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk etc., is preferred- Must be Proficient in Hindi, English - speaking and writing- The role will involve working for 6 days a week.
