Position : Oil & Gas Recruiter
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience : 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on oil and gas sector recruitment for GCC and European markets.

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Oil & Gas Recruiter to manage the recruitment of top-tier talent for our clients in the oil and gas sector across GCC and European regions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in key technical and managerial roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for oil and gas positions and managing bulk hiring drives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil and gas projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Plan and execute bulk recruitment drives for large-scale projects in GCC and Europe.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project-specific recruitment needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for oil and gas roles such as engineers, technicians, project managers, etc.
• Handle candidate negotiations, offer management, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and industry-specific requirements.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and professional networks to enhance talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.

Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record of managing bulk hiring drives for technical roles in GCC and European markets.
• In-depth understanding of the oil and gas industry, including key roles, skills, and industry-specific recruitment challenges.
• Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong client management and candidate negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regional labor laws and recruitment compliance in GCC and Europe.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,528.21 - ?42,554.45 per month
