Qualification:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in the oil and gas industry or as a faculty member

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on oil and gas industry concepts, processes, and safety standards. Develop course materials, lesson plans, and training modules. Train students on industry-specific skills, including drilling, production, and pipeline operations. Explain regulatory compliance, health & safety measures, and environmental policies. Provide hands-on practical training and case study discussions. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Keep updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course effectiveness.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of oil and gas exploration, production, and safety protocols. NDT-LEVEL-2 Excellent teaching and communication skills. Experience in using simulation tools and technical software. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
