  • Utilizes data to drive team performance, optimize strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategic partnerships with retailers and dealers, driving sales initiatives and executing channel plans.
  • Take charge of implementing channel plans at point-of-purchase and across the region, ensuring strict adherence to priorities
  • Identify and map potential areas within assigned territory, appointing channel partners to expand OMRON\'s coverage and market reach.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and updating of all sales records, including rebates and reimbursements.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous sales success.
Interactions/relations ships (internal and external)Internal (team) :- Sales team, trade marketing , Marketing , Supply Chain , Customer serviceExternal:- Channel Partners, Retailers, Dealers, CustomersSpecific Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceCapacity to understand sales functional areas i.e. Channel Category Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling, team handling.Job Requirements:- Academic Qualification: Bachelor\'s Degree- Working experience: 4 - 7 years\' experience- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Industry experience: 4 years\' experience in OTC / Hospital Channel- IT skill and literacy: Proficiency in MS office suite- Travelling Requirements: As requiredLocation - MumbaiReq ID: 2384
