Office Assistant Cum Sales Coordinator



:



answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member

Managing Labor and Daily deliveries

coordinate messenger and courier service

fax, scan and copy documents

maintain office filing and storage systems

retrieve information when requested

update and maintain internal staff contact lists

coordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff parking, staff phones and company credit cards

type documents, reports and correspondence if required

assist with event planning and implementation

monitor and maintain office supplies

ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank

Responsible for office inventory or stock. (in-out vouchers and sample maintenance.)

Handling and following up with staff and clients for outstanding payments.

Maintaining Staff attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
