:Offshore Program Manager and Delivery Lead.Techno Functional - FC-T-UBS-Oracle, PL/SQL, D2k Forms and very good functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE UBS Core, DDA , FX, MM and Loan modules

• Proven Program Management skills and Delivery skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Very good exposure of managing new and transformation programs\xe2\x80\xa2 Very good exposure of managing large programs and teams\xe2\x80\xa2 Very good understanding FLEXCUBE Core Banking product \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven design skills and expertise is required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in solutioning/design/development of large application to support High performance/ High throughput and high volume.\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of in-memory concept and must have used some in-memory tools like Redis/Chronicle etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of current / emerging technologies and trends\xe2\x80\xa2 Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing skills\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead the project team and guide them in their deliverables.

Career Level - M3Responsibilities:Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice. Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer referenceability. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Develops plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieves business plan. Is accountable for managing and growing a revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages individual contributors.
