Engagement Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling.
• Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures.
• Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Technical Skills Required:

• Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development).
• DAX & Power Query (M Language).
• SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL.
• Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI).
• Experience with Power Automate integration (preferred).
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• 100% remote role xe2x80x93 must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
• 3-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.

Recruitment Process & Technical Testing:

• Intro Video Section xe2x80x93 Candidate introduction & motivation.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills xe2x80x93 Scenario-based questions.
• Technical Test xe2x80x93 Covering SQL, Power BI-related questions, and possible coding.
