Event Management: Organize and coordinate educational fairs, workshops, seminars, and other events to engage with potential students, parents, and educational partners. Ensure seamless execution of events from planning to post-event evaluation. Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students. Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for offline marketing optimization. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Collateral Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop offline marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the institution\'s value proposition and offerings. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience minimum 2 years in offline marketing, preferably in the education industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of offline marketing channels and tactics, including print media, events, and sponsorships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate partnerships effectively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Flexibility to travel as required for events and marketing activities.
