Key Responsibilities:1. Channel Sales Management:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure the steady flow of commodities.- Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers within the region to expand the sales network.- Conduct regular visits to distributors and retailers to address concerns, provide product training, and gather feedback.2. Sales Target Achievement:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance in underperforming areas.3. Market Development:- Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within Delhi NCR.- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.- Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.4. Reporting & Coordination:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closures, and provide timely updates to the sales manager.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery of goods and resolution of disputes.5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and loyalty.- Act as the point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
