Job Description


: Job Summary: You will be a part of the Service execution team located in NSC, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibility Service invoice checkpoint gatekeeper and approve the service invoice request for billing. Timely identification of the issues in the service request and communicate to BU Service Coordinator. Resolve the service compliance related issues is essence for service revenue and Collection. This needs collaboration with all BU stakeholders.

  • Review of checkpoint like Customer details, PO service description, service period, billing cycle, billing unit rate, Number of days service billed against customer PO, Field Service Report (FSR) and customer account receivable.
  • Post invoice activities like Joint Measurement Sheet approval from customer before approving service invoice, Invoice uploading, submit all compliance documents, periodically generate HR compliance report, address customer query
  • Provide required supporting document to collection team
  • Sending weekly service invoice documents to collectors
  • Coordinate with HR department for group personal accident policy and PF-ESI Challan
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coordinate with BU Service Coordinator to address service request related challenges
  • Need to collaborate BU Service Managers
  • Submission of HR compliance documents as per customer request
  • Need to work with service collection team for account receivable
  • Talk to customer to resolve query raised against the invoice and compliance documents
  • Arrange service commercial documents like No due certificates, Bank guarantee, Security deposits, Indemnity bond, contract agreement etc.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in service administration function.
  • Good communication skill written and Verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), Outlook etc
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in changing priorities
Key relationships: Internal - Service Team (Engineers, Coordinator, Managers), HR Team, Collection Team Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
