Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY : * Analyze Raw Material samples allotted for testing by using applicable lab instruments as per approved specification and standard test procedures.
- Recording the analytical data in raw data sheet/protocol.
- Analyze the water samples (Raw water, Potable water, and Purified water) for chemical analysis.
- Sampling of raw material, distribution of sample and cleaning of sampling booth
- Calibration, Preventive Maintenance, Qualification and Periodic Performance Verification of Laboratory instruments.
- Support in backup activity of all computer related software used in the QC laboratory.
- Recording Analytical data in SAP/LIMS & Preparation of Certificate of analysis.
- Follow the EHS policy, laboratory procedures and maintain the compliance to cGMP requirements.
- Ensure validity of volumetric solutions and reagents.
- Initiate the OOS and deviation in CAPA Track wise software.
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
- Recording of instrument and standards usage in the respective log books/registers.
- To perform the analytical method transfer activity.
- To participate and contribute in internal and external audits.
- Any other Assignment given by Lab in charge/ Manager Quality control from time to time.
